- Perform installation and configuration of Middleware according to customer needs within the established timeframe.
- Prepare reports related to Middleware installation and configuration (Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance).
- Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and identify solutions to resolve Middleware issues.
- Resolve or escalate technical issues related to Middleware or the results of troubleshooting to the principal and ensure appropriate and timely solutions are obtained.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- English language skills.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting system (if needed).
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications in Middleware technologies(will be a plus)
- Troubleshooting expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Freshgraduate are welcome
