Online Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional experienced in managing applications such as Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and similar platforms, with a particular focus on Food and Beverage (FnB) applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in:

• Managing FnB Apps: Proficient in handling and optimizing food and beverage applications, ensuring efficient operation and integration with delivery platforms.

• Platform Familiarity: In-depth knowledge of various delivery and e-commerce applications, including Gojek, Grab, Shopee, and other related platforms.

• Operational Efficiency: Ability to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience on these platforms.

• Data Management: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics, managing orders, and providing insights to improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field

• Managing and operating online delivery platform with minimum experience 5 years plus handling online delivery.

• Previous work experience in marketing, particularly in managing and implementing marketing campaigns.

• Experience with digital marketing platforms, including social media, paid advertising, and analytical tools.

• Proven ability to effectively manage projects, teams, and budgets, as well as monitor marketing campaigns.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and reports to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, such as content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and digital advertising platforms.

• In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.

• Ability to stay updated with the latest marketing trends and understand changes in consumer behavior and the market.
