Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across outlets, central kitchen, and warehouse.
Lead Operasional Team
Manage production, outlet, and inventory.
Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.
Report operational performance to the director on a weekly basis.
Assist in outlet expansion and support team recruitment when needed.
Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations or kitchen management.
Strong leadership managing production and retail teams simultaneously.
Knowledge of stock control, food prep workflow, and daily reporting.
Structured, disciplined, and able to troubleshoot operational issues.
Willing to be hands-on and work flexible hours when necessary.
