Operation Manager F&B

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations across outlets, central kitchen, and warehouse.

  • Lead Operasional Team

  • Manage production, outlet, and inventory.

  • Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality standards.

  • Report operational performance to the director on a weekly basis.

  • Assist in outlet expansion and support team recruitment when needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in F&B operations or kitchen management.

  • Strong leadership managing production and retail teams simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of stock control, food prep workflow, and daily reporting.

  • Structured, disciplined, and able to troubleshoot operational issues.

  • Willing to be hands-on and work flexible hours when necessary.
