Operational Admin

Job Description :

  • Assist Operations Manager to accomplish the admin tasks

  • Coordinate with Area Managers to check petty cash received by store

  • Order transportation for inter store transfer of dry goods and fresh products

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

  • Proficiency with Canva

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.

  • Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage.

  • Placement : Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
