Job Description :
Assist Operations Manager to accomplish the admin tasks
Coordinate with Area Managers to check petty cash received by store
Order transportation for inter store transfer of dry goods and fresh products
Job Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Proficiency with Canva
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Experience in the F&B or retail industry is an advantage.
