Operational Risk Analyst

Job Requirements:

• S1 from finance, accounting, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or similar.
• 1-5 years of work experience in the field of risk management and financial conglomerate reporting.
• Have experience in the banking/financial services industry.

Job Description:

• Monitor Astra Financials business unit in carrying out its roles and responsibilities as stated in the applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
• Identify, analyze, and monitor all risks in the company as stated in applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
• Monitoring the risk limit and top risk business unit of Astra Financial, as well as reporting to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate, consolidate, and compile risk management reporting of the Astra Financial Conglomerate to regulators.
• Developing a risk management culture program in the company and within the scope of the Astra Financial group, including by socialization and/or training.
• Planning, implementation and documentation of the implementation of risk management as stated in applicable risk management policies/regulations/guidelines.
• Prepare the data and analysis needed in the preparation of reports to management.
• Provide advisory related to the implementation of risk management to related functions and companies in the Astra Financial group if necessary.
• Develop procedures related to the implementation of risk management in accordance with applicable policies/regulations.
