Position : Operation Assistant for Online Channel (B2C Sales)

Placement : WFO - Pererenan

Contract : 3 - 6 months, replacement for a employees on maternity leave

Job Requirements :

  • Fluent in English both spoken and written
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications especially Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with email applications Outlook
  • Familiar with Shopify and DEAR (Cin7 Core)

Job Description :

  • Order preparation for all fulfillment locations
  • Export document preparation
  • Coordination for picking, packing and shipping
  • Daily check email updates from SFI, OIA and Sauerbrei (e.g. out of stock, partial shipment)
