Operations Manager (Premium Toilet)

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth implementation of cleaning protocols and the overall satisfaction of our clients.

Thus, you will report directly to the Country Head and work with other division teams to ensure that the facilitys operations run smoothly in accordance with the standard procedures implemented. Requirement:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility management, with a strong emphasis on cleaning services. Proven track record in overseeing multiple outlets.

• Experienced in recruiting, training, and leading cleaning staff (Cleaning Staff Officer).

• Able to implement SOPs to all cleaning staff.

• Has extensive knowledge and network in terms of cleaning service operations.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

• Committed to achieving the best facility management

• Willingness to travel for inspections to all Mister Loo facilities in Greater Jakarta.

• Own vehicles to maximize operations, preferably a car.

• Bachelors degree

• Fluent in communicating English (oral and written)

• Skills: Microsoft office

Primary responsibilities:

• Handle the entire operational workflow, from recruitment, training, and management of cleaning staff across multiple locations, including:

o Make a list (work schedule) and monitor the attendance of all cleaning staff

o Prepare POs, invoices, and weekly reports.

• Develop and implement SOPs and training programs that improve the skills and efficiency of all cleaning staff.

• Ensure that the management of toilet cleaning operations complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor the quality of cleaning services provided and implement improvements as needed.

• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services promptly

• Implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures including:

- Regular inspection of all Mister Loo toilet facilities

- Process documentation, routine inspections and maintenance activities

• Reporting to the Country Head of all facility operations

• Able to work together in a team and independently

• Accustomed to using E-Commerce such as Tokopedia or Shopee.
