Order Management Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry, validation, and processing.

  • Coordination with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

  • Monitoring of order status.

  • Resolving order-related issues.

  • Generating reports related to order performance, backlog, and returns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, supply chain, or inventory management.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and order management systems.

  • Experience with order tracking software and CRM tools.

  • Basic understanding of inventory control, logistics, and fulfillment processes.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
