Organization Development (OD) / Business Monitoring

Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering

  • Has experiences min 3-5 years in managing Organization Development tasks : Job Description,Job Analysis, Competency, Organization Structure, Performance Management, Succession Plan,Talent Management, etc

  • Familiar with the process of job analysis, job evaluation and job grading

  • Familiar with the process of compensation and benefit design

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple programs and assigned tasks, and meet goals

  • Proven ability to work independently with limited direct supervision

  • Willing to be placed in Pejaten South Jakarta

Responsibilities :
  • Provide advise and manage organization charts and job descriptions

  • Coordinate the implementation of job description reviews if there is a request for a new position

  • Design and develop effective organization structure to help people to achieve the organizational targets

  • Manage job analysis, evaluation and job description as well as job grading

  • Develop, implement, and maintain company competencies for all roles and levels

  • Partner with organizational leaders in creating Job Description and KPIs

  • Propose, review and to ensure Job Description and KPIs align with business goals

  • Help company leaders determine the headcount of employees which is required in a position through workload analysis or other measurements

  • Design career development path for various functions

  • Design, develop, and manage the strategies and framework of Performance Appraisal to evaluate and motivate employees objectively and fairly

  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and overall organizational effectiveness.
