Organization Development Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Organization Development Supervisor to join our HC team at PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving organisational change and development initiatives that support the companys strategic objectives. You will be based in our South Jakarta office.

Responsibility ;

• Designing and implementing organisational development programs to enhance employee engagement, leadership capabilities, and overall organisational effectiveness

• Conducting needs assessments and diagnostics to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate interventions

• Strong knowledge for organization development (Man Power Planning, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Career Path, KPI, Competency) etc

• Proficient in Talent Management, Performance Management, Competency Matrix, Human Capital Information System Management

• Providing coaching and mentoring support to managers and leaders to help them effectively lead and motivate their teams

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HC initiatives with the companys strategic goals

• Measuring and evaluating the impact of organisational development initiatives and give recommendations to management for continuous improvement

Requirement

• A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology or a related field. Master degree is preferred

• Minimum 5 years of experience in organisational development Specialist, change management, or a similar role

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and devise effective solutions

• Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Willing to work under pressure and target, have good attitude, fast learner and fast adapting also high initiative

• Ability to use MS office, fluent in English both spoken and written

• Willing to be place at SCBD - Jakarta Selatan.
