Organizational Development Specialist

• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and flowcharts for the companys business processes.
• Create job descriptions, KPIs, and competency requirements for all subsidiaries.
• Ensure the accuracy of the companys organizational structure monthly / quarterly.
• Ensure performance appraisals are conducted according to schedule.

• Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field from a reputable university.
• Have internship experience in Organizational Development area
