Performance and Digital Marketing Specialist (Healthcare Sector)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for hospital services
Optimize digital funnel for patient acquisition & bookings through all channels including SEM and SEO
Monitor & analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
Collaborate with medical, and operations teams to develop relevant health contents and campaigns
Manage digital marketing budget & ROI
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager
Able to co-create engaging content with doctors and internal teams
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
Background in healthcare or service industry is a plus
