Performance and Digital Marketing Specialist (Healthcare Sector)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for hospital services

  • Optimize digital funnel for patient acquisition & bookings through all channels including SEM and SEO

  • Monitor & analyze performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Collaborate with medical, and operations teams to develop relevant health contents and campaigns

  • Manage digital marketing budget & ROI

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing

  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager

  • Able to co-create engaging content with doctors and internal teams

  • Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong communicator

  • Background in healthcare or service industry is a plus
