About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic marketing team at PT Fitness First Indonesia as a Performance Marketing Specialist. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the companys digital marketing strategy and optimising campaigns to achieve ambitious business goals. The role is based in our South Jakarta office.

What youll be doing

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as search, social media, and display advertising
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations to improve ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying new opportunities to reach and engage the target audience
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders
  • Support the broader marketing team with additional tasks as required

    • What were looking for

  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media advertising
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
