  • Travel arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Communication: Respond to emails and phone calls, and take messages
  • Note taking: Take notes and write minutes during meetings
  • Report preparation: Prepare and present reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Expense management: Compile and file expenses
  • Office management: Manage office supplies, book conference rooms, and manage equipment
  • Event planning: Organize events and speaking engagements, including catering and sourcing speakers and furniture
  • Liaison: Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
  • Screening: Screen calls, inquiries, and requests
