About the role

Ombak Collective is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team in North Kuta, Bali. As a Personal Assistant to The Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership and providing seamless administrative assistance to ensure the efficient running of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in our stunning Bali location.

What youll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive diary and calendar management for the Directors

  • Arranging domestic and international travel logistics, including bookings and itinerary planning

  • Preparing high-quality written correspondence, presentations and reports

  • Coordinating meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items

  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by the Directors

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

What were looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, especialy in hospitality industry

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of staff

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendaring tools

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a dynamic work setting

  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service focused mindset

  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and office management best practices
