Personal Secretary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Secretary with Finance Duties and Social Media Marketing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, managing various financial tasks, and assisting with social media marketing efforts. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of financial processes and social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

2. Organize and maintain financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and financial statements.

3. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.

4. Assist with budget preparation and monitoring, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

5. Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.

6. Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive review.

7. Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities.

8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.

9. Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and best practices.

10. Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

11. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

12. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

13. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.

14. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.

15. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably with exposure to financial tasks.

3. Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

9. Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.

10. Experience with social media marketing platforms and tools preferred.

11. Creativity and ability to generate engaging content for social media platforms.

12. Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics.

13. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
