Were a new reformer Pilates studio launching in South Jakarta, offering a hybrid model that blends on-demand sessions and group classes.

What do we mean by “on-demand”? 

Clients follow a reformer Pilates workout of their choice using a guided program on a tablet/ software. Instructors are present to provide postural corrections and guidance when needed, ensuring a safe and effective session.

Job Description:

  • Lead group reformer Pilates classes during scheduled times.

  • Guide and support clients using the on-demand workout system, including sign-up, headphone connection, and class selection.

  • Provide postural corrections and assist clients with questions or concerns during on-demand sessions.

  • Set up the studio and any necessary props before each class or client session.

  • Ensure reformer equipment is clean, safe, and properly functioning before and after use.

  • Offer feedback to the studio team about client experience and technical improvements.

  • Work closely with the front desk and other instructors to ensure a smooth studio experience for all clients.

Requirements:

  • Certified Pilates instructor from a reputable institution (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Pi or other international certifications is preferred).

  • Minimum 2-3 years of consistent experience in the Pilates or fitness industry.

  • Confident in leading both private and group reformer classes.

  • Strong understanding of anatomy and movement science.

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital platforms.

  • Available for 8-hour shifts (morning or evening)

  • Able to commit to at least one weekend day per week.

  • Passionate about health and wellness, with strong communication and client service skills.
