Job Description:

  • Responsible for the layout of merchandise on store shelves with relation to customer flow and purchasing behavior

  • Analyzing Business Process categories in space management

  • Conduct item performance analysis and develop potential space

  • Ensure that the space development project runs well

Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.

  • Proven experience at least 2 years in retail merchandising, space planning, or visual merchandising.

  • Proficiency in space planning software such as JDA Space Planning, EZPOG, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
