Presales Engineer

Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or a similar role in the networking industry.

• Technical Knowledge:o Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.).o Experience with Cyber Securityo Experience with SD-WAN, M2Mo Experience with Monitoring Tools (APM, NPM, Logs)o Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Datadog, Dynatrace, Log Rhythm, Splunko Experience in designing network architectures and providing technical solutions.

• Presales Skills:o Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.o Experience in creating technical proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoC).o Strong communication skills to deliver presentations and product demonstrations.o Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and the ability to develop competitive proposals.• Certifications (Preferred):o CCNP or equivalent (Network / Cyber Security).

• Soft Skills:o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and customer-facing skills.o Ability to work independently and collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer teams.o Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Language:o Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities:• Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose suitable network solutions.• Conduct PoCs, product demonstrations, technical workshops• Design network architectures and provide high-level & low-level designs (HLD & LLD).• Assist in tender submissions, preparing technical documentation, and responding to RFPs/RFQs.• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and market trends.• Act as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring solutions align with their business needs.
