Process Engineer (High Specialty Paper Manufacturing)

We are an ambitious new player in the paper manufacturing industry, dedicated to producing high specialty paper for premium and technical applications. Our mission is to build a world-class manufacturing facility that delivers exceptional product quality, operational excellence, and continuous innovation.

To help us achieve this, we are seeking a passionate and driven Process Engineer who will take full ownership of the paper manufacturing processes—from project setup through to continuous improvement (Kaizen) in operations.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Paper Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in paper manufacturing, preferably in specialty or technical paper production.

• Strong knowledge of paper manufacturing processes and Kaizen/continuous improvement methodologies.

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and build systems from the ground up.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in supervising a team and driving financial excellence.

• Immediate availability preferred to contribute to our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Non-smoker: The ideal candidate should not smoke, use vape, or e-cigarettes, to align with our companys commitment to promoting a healthy work environment.

• Willingness to work in Purwakarta.

• Ability to start immediately
