Procurement Office
Job Descriptions:
Identify company needs for specific goods and services based on requests from various departments.
Optimize procurement costs to maintain the companys Operational Expenditure (OPEX).
Assess and select suppliers according to company criteria, including reliability, product or service quality, and competitive pricing.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure that terms of pricing, delivery schedules, payment conditions, and other clauses reflect the companys needs and minimize risks.
Regularly assess and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, contract compliance, and timely delivery.
Ensure that all procurement processes comply with company policies and applicable government regulations.
Prepare reports related to procurement activities, including expenditures, efficiency, and supplier performance, while maintaining accurate documentation for each transaction.
Communicate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to analyze needs and ensure good coordination in the procurement process.
Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies that support company goals, including efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and information related to pricing, quality, and availability of goods or services.
Excellent communication skills to negotiate with vendors and coordinate with various teams.
Effective negotiation skills to secure optimal pricing agreements.
Understanding of vendor contracts, cooperation agreements, and MoUs.
Solid understanding of Operational Cost Efficiency (OPEX) strategies.
Experience with procurement management software.
