As a Procurement Planner at LOréal, you will: Manage the supply/procurement according to the production plan and supply parameters, while controlling stock levels. ("Components" in below description stands for Packaging Materials and/or Raw Materials).

• Implement methods of supply, stock policy and update logistics requirements. Coordinate the stakeholders.
• Send to suppliers the monthly/weekly needs of his/her catalogue.
• Anticipate any availability issue regarding components/raw materials and inform key actors (logistics and production).
• Make recommendations to minimize impacts and to avoid crisis situation.
• Manage material inventory & define stock level strategy.
• Ensure availability of all material with suppliers.
• Respond proactively to product issues and effectively handle any challenges
• Develop strong relationship with suppliers (Performance development, supply chain agreement)
• Analyze and communicate on all cases involving slow movers and obsolete materials.
• Develop supplier agility with Sourcing team and Supply Manager.

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• Solid foundation: Bachelors degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Procurement prowess: 1-3 years of experience in procurement planning, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Communication mastery: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ️
• Problem-solving superhero: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. ?‍ ️
• Tech-savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Production Planning.
• Multitasking master: Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. ?‍ ️
• Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Leadership qualities: Ability to lead and facilitate meetings, driving consensus and action.
• Certificate: Having a PPJK (Customs Services Business Operator) certificate is preferred
