Job Description:

  • Research potential vendors

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

  • Adjust the specifications of goods or services needed by the project

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

  • Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

  • Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services

  • Reviewing the local market price and availability

  • Maintain communication to customer, sub suppliers, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders

  • Up-dating the database of supplier (e.g vendors, quantities, prices, Vendor)

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least Bachelors Degree.

  • Having minimum 3 years relevant work experiences in the same position and Interior Industry.

  • Good communication, leadership, negotiation skill, ERP, Vendor Management.

  • Detail, honest and capable of building relationships across the organization with internal users.
