PROCUREMENT & QUANTITY SURVEYOR MANAGER

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Get offers from several suppliers based on purchase requests.
2. Conduct analysis, comparison, and negotiation in every procurement both goods and services
3. Meet user requests in accordance with existing procedures and standards 
4. Source new suppliers/vendors for all materials. 
5. Prepare PO for contracts submitted/prepared. 
6. Process and establish appropriate administrative and tender process.
7. Ensure the quality of goods meet the standards. 
8. Ensure goods are received on time. 
9. Follow up on pending purchase requisition and purchase order.
10. Process QS :
    • Understanding Rules of Pre Contract & Post Contract
    • Cost Control, Cost Estimate, Budgeting and Evaluation
    • Familiar with Contract, Progress, Invoice, Payment (Certificate of Payment)
    • Make Variation Order (BAVO), Hand Over (BAST) and Final Account
    • Monthly Report & Planning Cashflow

 Requirement :

1. Age max. 45 years old.
2. Graduate / Bachelor Degree in Industry Technical/Economics/ Management / Civil
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field preferable in Real Estate/Developer Company
4. Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently
5. Skills - Negotiation, Networking, Good Communication Skill.
6. Proficiency in English both written & verbal
7. Basic math skills
8. Ability to communicate job procedures and give clear concise instructions 
9. Ability to read and interpret deliveries and purchases 
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
11. Ability to follow job procedures.
12. Willing to work at Kota Deltamas, Cikarang Pusat
