Procurement Restaurant Manager (Surabaya)

Job Description :

- Managing office tasks, including data entry, record-keeping and file maintenance

- Coordinating with staff purchasing, finance & accounting and vendors

- Handling inquiries and solving issues

- Responsible for payroll, finance & accounting, general affairs related tasks

- Managing office supplies and equipment

- Providing personal assistant and administrative support to the owner

Qualification :

- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage or Business Administration

- Previous working experience as Procurement Manager in a Restaurant minimal 2 years in Food & Beverages or retail industries

- Advance level of English, spoken and written

- Excellent communications and leadership skills

- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Able to work optimally, both individually and in teams

- Working based in Surabaya
