Responsibilities:

• Receive and record Requisition Forms from users

• Follow up on the procurement process of goods

• Search for vendors and goods

• Conduct price comparisons and purchase goods for both project and non-project needs

• Make purchases for the required goods

• Submit fund requests and manage payment processes

• Create Purchase Orders

• Coordinate the receipt of processed and purchased goods

• Distribute goods to project and non-project users

Job Requirements :

• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in any major, with at least 2 years of experience as a Purchasing/Procurement staff

• Prior experience working in a start-up is preferred

• Strong negotiation and logical thinking skills, with knowledge of technical tools/equipment

• Able to work in a team environment

• Physically and mentally healthy

• Owns a personal vehicle

• Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali
