Procurement Staff (F&B Industry)
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Staff to join our growing F&B team. This role is key in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective procurement of goods and services — from raw materials and packaging to equipment and service providers — while maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best price, quality, and delivery timelines
- Process purchase requests from various departments in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update supplier database and purchase records
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and kitchen teams to avoid shortages
- Work closely with Finance for budgeting, payment, and documentation needs
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies
