About the role

We are seeking a driven and innovative Product Development Professional (Electro Medical Devices) Assisstant Manager to join our team at PT Oneject Indonesia. In this full-time role based in Cikarang Pusat, Jawa Barat, you will play a crucial part in the development and improvement of our cutting-edge medical devices. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and functionality.

What youll be doing

- Lead the design, development, and testing of new electro medical devices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market needs and translate them into innovative product solutions for electromedical products including formulation for its consumables (if any)

- Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to commercial launch

- Ensure products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards

- Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and market trends

- Provide technical support for production team

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in medical device technology

What were looking for

- Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in product development, with a strong focus on electro medical devices and formulation

- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching new medical products

- Proficient in project management, design software, and prototyping techniques

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

- Thorough understanding of medical device regulations and quality standards

- Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality products
