Product Development Funding

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Product Development Funding to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing funding products (savings, deposits, and related financial products) for our company.

• Develop, enhance, and manage funding products (savings, deposits, etc.) to meet business goals and market demands.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.

• Prepare and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) for new and existing products.

• Design and document product flows, processes, and user journeys.

• Collaborate with IT teams by interpreting and validating API documentation for system integration.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure smooth product implementation.

• Monitor product performance and recommend strategies for optimization.

• Stay updated on digital banking trends and technology innovations to improve product offerings.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability in PRD writing and technical documentation.

• Skilled in process mapping and flow design.

• Basic understanding of API documentation and digital product integration.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills across teams.

• Experience in financial services, particularly in Funding/Savings products (Bank, Cooperative, or Financial Institution).

• Adaptive and proactive in embracing digital transformation and new technologies.
