Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technology, and user experience to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute product strategy and roadmap

- Gather and analyze market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence

- Create detailed product requirements and user stories

- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams

- Prioritize features and capabilities based on business value and customer needs

- Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions

- Present product plans to stakeholders and executive leadership

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

- 3+ years of product management experience

- Proven track record of successful product launches

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Finance industry

- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Figma

- Experience with product analytics tools
