Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production schedules.

• Make sure raw materials, tools, and supplies are available when needed.

• Work with the procurement and warehouse teams to prevent shortages or overstock.

• Apply Lean Production methods to reduce waste.

• Help manage project costs by using resources wisely.

• Support regular stock checks (stock opname).

• Do routine checks and fix any issues related to 6S.

• Help evaluate staff performance.

• Identify training needs and run basic skill and safety training.

• Encourage ongoing improvement and teamwork in the production area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• 2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

• Good understanding of production planning, materials management, and process improvement.

• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and 6S implementation.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
