Production Engineering - Welding Staff

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Welding Engineer to join our team at PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Indonesia in Cikarang Pusat, West Java. This full-time position will be responsible for planning and directing the establishment and implementation all project of Engineering Body.

What youll be doing:

• Fitting and hang on specialist with hemming robot teaching skills.

• Analyze and improvement of welding process (fitting and automation).

• Preparing production process before mass production (welding).

• Welding equipment list and improvement.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English.

• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, P&ID/electrical diagram, PLC, Robot Teaching/ FANUC, AutoCad, CATIA.

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Willing to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
