Programmer

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain internal tools for project tracking, KPI dashboards, time tracking, and SOP systems

•⁠ ⁠Automate recurring tasks across departments to improve efficiency

•⁠ ⁠Integrate third-party platforms and APIs (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ClickUp)

•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot digital workflow issues (email, form, login errors, integrations)

•⁠ ⁠Maintain and update the company website (e.g. landing pages, content, forms)

•⁠ ⁠Support future development of productized tools or internal platforms

Tech Skills Required:

•⁠ ⁠Strong skills in JavaScript and Python

•⁠ ⁠⁠Expert in Google Apps Script

•⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in API integrations (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, ClickUp, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with database management (Firebase, Supabase, or similar)

•⁠ ⁠Confident in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js optional)

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of version control using Git/GitHub

Soft Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently with minimal supervision

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented and organized

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and can collaborate with non-tech teams
