Project Architect

Responsibilities:

• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with the Principal to design and oversee architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of architects and engineers in project execution, ensuring quality and alignment of designs with client needs.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, present designs, and facilitate constructive feedback.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, manage expenses, and seek ways to optimize cost efficiency.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain good relationships with contractors, authorities, and other partners to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Relevant work experience in designing and overseeing architectural projects, ideally across various scales and building types.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective leadership to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable architectural design principles.
• Ability to manage work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen design sense, particularly in the hospitality sector.
