Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Project Manager located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and completion. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various teams, managing schedules, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones. The role also involves supervising logistics, conducting inspections, and expediting processes to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or related fields. A Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the FMCG sector, preferably with a focus on baby nutrition or dairy products.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and overseeing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in product development, product launch, and lifecycle management in the baby nutrition or dairy industry.
• Strong understanding of FMCG industry trends, with a focus on baby nutrition, dairy, or health-related consumer goods.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for baby nutrition products, including safety and quality regulations.
• Expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market trends, customer needs, and product performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and customers.
• Ability to present ideas, reports, and project status updates clearly to senior management.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to handle pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A passion for the FMCG industry, especially in the area of baby nutrition and product safety.
