Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Indonesian market.

  • Identify and engage potential clients (distributors, contractors, industrial plants, etc.).

  • Provide technical support, product presentations, and customized pump solutions.

  • Build long-term relationships with owner

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

  • Collaborate with the China HQ team for technical and logistical support.

Qualifications:

  • Must fluent in english (written and spoken)

  • Can speak Chinese is a plus

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field

  • Preferable have experience as pump sales engineer for 2 years

  • Have Sales skills

  • Have technical Support and Communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Experience in the pump industry is a plus
