Purchasing Runner

Job Summary:

The Purchasing Runner plays a key operational support role within the Lumeira Wellness team. This position is responsible for the timely sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of items needed for daily operations—ranging from F&B inventory and wellness consumables to facility supplies. The ideal candidate should be agile, accustomed to riding motorcycle and have a good communication skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing

• Pick up orders and self-direct purchases from pre-approved vendors, local markets, and specialty suppliers as directed.
• Maintain basic knowledge of Lumeiras product preferences.

Inventory Coordination

• Support inventory restocking by delivering items to appropriate departments (kitchen, bar, sauna, housekeeping, etc.).
• Work with Purchasing Supervisor to monitor low-stock items and anticipate purchasing needs.

Administrative Support

• Track and submit receipts and expense reports in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist with labeling, organizing, and minor stockroom support as needed.
• Maintain a daily purchase log and communicate any issues encountered during pick-ups or sourcing.

Logistics & Transportation

• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time using Lumeira-provided vehicle or personal vehicle (mileage reimbursable).
• Adhere to safe driving practices and care for any company property in use
