QA Engineer

PT. Triplus Hitech, a foreign Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturer is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Quality team!

Job description of a QA Engineer is as follows:

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using various measurement and testing equipment.
• Identify quality issues, analyze root causes, and develop corrective and preventive actions to address and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports. Prepare and present quality reports to management.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including ISO and other relevant quality certifications.

An ideal candidate for this position would be:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding.
• Strong knowledge of quality control techniques, statistical analysis, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and testing equipment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF and other quality management systems
