QA QC Superintendent

We are currently looking for professional personnel for the position of " QA QC Superintendent "Register yourself now to join our great team.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and control the inspection of raw materials, production processes, and final results.

• Ensure continuous quality improvement and compliance with SOPs.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues.

• Supervise the performance of the QC & QA team and ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Evaluate and handle customer complaints with effective solutions.

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly production quality reports.

• Implement preventive and corrective actions against inappropriate procedures.

Qualifications :

• Minimum education of D3 / S1 (Mechanical Engineering, Furniture, Industry).

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (preferably from the polyester plywood industry).

• Have leadership, assertive communication, and good teamwork skills.

• Able to think analytically, proactively, and focus on improving product quality.
