- support / handle QA documents

- identification and implementing repair process of QA/QC to increase efficiencies and effectivities

- monitoring and controling production process

- ensure goods products follow the quality standarization

- identification and analyze quality problem and develop problem solving

- support / handle customer claim

Requirement:

- Education min D3 from Industrial Engineering or any major related to the field

- Min 3 years experience as QA staff at Japanese manufacture company

- Have a good experience to handle customer claim and QA documents

- Familiar with ISO 9001
