QS Surveyor MEP

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Maximum 32 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Minimun 7 years in Construction Works and 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing works
• Able to preparing Budgeting MEP and familiar conduct a Tender Works
• Able to read For Construction Drawing and Shop Drawing
• Knowledge about material spec & technology MEP works
• Prefer BALI base and able works in Karangasem
• Good Comunication and Reporting to team
• Familiar with Management Construction works ( Budgeting, Scheduling and Method of works
• Knowledge to do AutoCad, Revit, BIM, SkethchUp, Ms Word, Excel, Ms Project software
• Willing to do overtime works to finish a target
• Fluent comunication with English
• Certificate of QS Works it will be good

WORKS & RESPONSIBILITY :

• To do a pricing works, RAB, also Budgeting works
• Preparing document and data to start Tender works
• Finding and looking suplier, sub contractor and Main Contractor for a reference to following Tender works
• Preparing MoU with suplier for construction works
• Reviewing & Analys pricing, method or budget for Contractor
• Checking site progress and able to analys works method in Project
