- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisa dan RAB
- Memahami tentang kelistrikan gedung, genset, AC dan Pompa
- Menguasai sistem, metode instalasi, pemeliharaan dan perbaikan elektrikal-mekanikal gedung
- Menguasai sistem K3L elektrikal-mekanikal gedung
- Memiliki kemampuan PLOC
- Bersedia mobile area Bandung
