NWP Property, one of Indonesias fastest-growing retail property platforms, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical, Electrical & Civil to join our dynamic Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and budgets for Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil works across multiple retail projects.

• Review technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.

• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to support cost control and procurement processes.

• Conduct site visits to validate progress claims and ensure compliance with contract terms.

• Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and final accounts with vendors and contractors.

• Provide regular cost reporting and support in tender evaluation and contract administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, particularly in the commercial or retail property sector.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, contracts, pricing, and budgeting.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software.

• High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
