Receptionist

Location : UAE Mission to ASEAN, Jakarta

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates Mission to ASEAN in Jakarta. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment and contribute to the smooth running of our mission.

What youll be doing & Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, and guests in a courteous, warm and professional manner

• Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate person or department

• Manage and assist with appointments, schedules, meeting room and administrative tasks

• Maintaining a neat and tidy reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked and organized

• Providing translation and communication support in English, Arabic, and Indonesian when required

• Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic, English and Indonesian (both written and spoken) ability to communicate effectively is mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role or in similar role is preferred

• A professional appearance, demeanor, courteous and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
