About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to help us attract, assess, and hire top talent. In this position, you will oversee the full recruitment cycle and ensure a professional, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.

  • Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates based on defined requirements.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring clear communication and a smooth process for all parties.

  • Lead or participate in interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

  • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement.

  • Represent and promote the companys values and culture to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time recruiting experience with a proven track record of success.

  • Skilled in tracking metrics and generating insights to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Confident using online recruitment tools and technology required for remote work.

  • Adaptable and resourceful when facing challenges or changing priorities.

  • Capable of building strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.

  • Well-organized and able to manage multiple positions and deadlines effectively.
