Job Description

  • Talent Analysis & Mapping: Conduct thorough talent analysis and mapping to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through various channels.

  • Candidate Screening & Shortlisting: Screen and evaluate candidates based on established criteria, presenting a well-curated shortlist to hiring managers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on recruitment activities.

  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Lead and participate in ad-hoc projects related to talent acquisition and recruitment, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation in our hiring processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the tech or consulting industry.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct talent analysis and mapping.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.

  • Ability to generate and interpret recruitment reports.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a Recruiting Agency is a plus.
