Recruitment Specialist
About This Role
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across sales, service, and head office functions. This role includes candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process. Also supports recruitment reporting, job portal management, and employer branding initiatives while maintaining strong collaboration with IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver an engaging candidate experience.
Task and Responsibilities
- Conduct initial interviews for, but not limited to, operations, sales, academic, and supporting roles.
- Screen CVs and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates from all recruitment platforms.
- Provide regular recruitment update reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all job portals are consistently updated in line with current recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create appealing and effective job descriptions and postings.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers regularly.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to develop engaging job posters and/or employer branding-related posts for LinkedIn.
- Support sourcing efforts by proactively reaching out to potential candidates via LinkedIn or other platforms.
- Conduct background checks on selected candidates.
- Lead and facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules by liaising with relevant internal speakers or departments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Engagement Team.
- Submit new hire information to the HR Operations, IT, and Marketing teams for system access and internal communications.
- Own and manage recruitment-related administrative tasks.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven experience in hiring for sales, service, and head office positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability in tasks.
- Familiar with basic Excel functions for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Experience conducting onboarding and liaising with stakeholders.
- Comfortable with CV screening, interview scheduling, and background checks.
- Passionate about employer branding, especially on LinkedIn.
- Proactive and resourceful in sourcing and engaging candidates.
