Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate sourcing strategies,
- Create, publish, and manage job advertisements on multiple platforms,
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers,
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer stage for positions from staff to managerial levels,
- Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide a positive recruitment experience,
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline/database for future hiring needs,
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, cost per hire),
- Keep track and prepare reports of open positions, hiring funnel, turnover rate, and headcount requisition to HR GA Manager,
- Support employer branding initiatives and internship programs as needed,
- Participate in a variety of HR projects.
