Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Phsycology, or related field.Minimum of 2years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisationProven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various job levels and any industriesStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and ability to generate reports and metrics.Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.Proven experience working in headhunting or outsourcing services.
Job Desc :
Handle end to end recruitmentsEnsure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Maintain a strong talent pipeline and actively source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals).
Provide recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
