Recruitment Supervisor (Area Semarang)

Job Responsibility :

  • Develop hiring strategies, interview assessments, and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Prepare plans for hiring forecasts and sustainability as part of the companys strategic planning.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly hiring needs and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Determine selection criteria and develop effective methods for candidate evaluation.
  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to the organization.
  • Build relationships with external organizations to enhance talent-sourcing capabilities.

Job Requirement :

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Supervisor / Lead (preferably from Outsourcing / Head Hunter Industry)
  • Minimum bachelors degree in Psychology / Management or any related major.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
  • Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
